Refund policy
Sujatha Gold Covering Works, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best condition. Please go through our policy to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
General Policy
We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy for all orders once delivered.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or minor variations in color/finish (as some variation may occur due to photography and screen display).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to resolving it quickly.
Steps to raise a claim:
Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Share clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged product.

Once verified by our team, we will:
Offer a replacement of the same product, or
Provide a refund if replacement is not possible.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
If the purchase was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of account details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Conditions for Claim Approval
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject claims if sufficient proof of damage is not provided.
